The BIIAB Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities has been primarily designed to allow learners to complete the unit as an alternative method of achieving the 2014 Skills CFA Apprenticeship ERR component for Customer Service, Business Administration and Management (in addition to those already stipulated, i.e. completing the ERR unit as an optional unit of the qualification or completing the Skills CFA ERR Workbook).
