The BIIAB Level 2 Award in Employee Rights and Responsibilities has been primarily designed to allow learners to complete the unit as an alternative method of achieving the 2014 Skills CFA Apprenticeship ERR component for Customer Service, Business Administration and Management (in addition to those already stipulated, i.e. completing the ERR unit as an optional unit of the qualification or completing the Skills CFA ERR Workbook).

The one unit contained within this qualification is also an optional unit in the following BIIAB qualifications:

• BIIAB Level 1 Certificate in Business Administration
• BIIAB Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
• BIIAB Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
• BIIAB Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
• BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration
• BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
• BIIAB Level 3 Diploma in Management.

As such:

• Achievement of that unit (L/506/1905) within those qualifications can allow achievement of this qualification (as long as a registration for this qualification has also been made).
• Achievement of this qualification means that the credit achieved for the unit can be used towards the above BIIAB qualifications.
