    Hi, I’m Benito Sansone, Business Growth Manager here at BIIAB. My role is to support Centres looking to partner with us at every step of their journey, from initial enquiry through to onboarding and the delivery of their first qualification.

     

    I am driven to provide the best possible support to Training Providers, Employers and FE Colleges seeking to become an approved centre with us. Being on hand to provide guidance on our wide range of services we have on offer, including Regulated and Non-regulated qualifications, Access to Higher Education Diplomas and our End-Point Assessment provision.

    My role involves building relationships and providing support, advice, and guidance on our wide range of services, including vocational qualifications, accredited training programmes (ATP), end-point assessments (EPA), CPC for Transport Managers, and MOT Testing, as well as Membership, Training, and CPD for staff development.     Alex is one of our Relationship Managers, and he covers the North West Region. His role is to provide a high level of customer service to our centres and also support their growth and development. Alex focuses on maintaining regular contact with stakeholders in his region to provide updates on our new developments and offer suggestions on how our customers can make the best use of them.

    Programme Review and Quality Assurance

    You will need to demonstrate that your organisation and courses meet the QLP standards. The application typically includes a quality audit assessing organisational and course standards.

    Once approved, your programme can be recognised under the Quality Learner Programme framework.
