North West and Wales

Alex is one of our Relationship Managers, and he covers the North West Region. His role is to provide a high level of customer service to our centres and also support their growth and development. Alex focuses on maintaining regular contact with stakeholders in his region to provide updates on our new developments and offer suggestions on how our customers can make the best use of them.

Alex is passionate about creating long-term relationships that benefit and support our customers in the best possible way. He is keen to find solutions that meet the customer’s needs while also aligning with their strategy and goals.

West Midlands, South West and Northern Ireland

Kareem is our Relationship Manager, responsible for supporting centres across the West Midlands, South West, and Northern Ireland. His role focuses on supporting the growth and development of our centres while ensuring they receive a high standard of customer service.

He maintains regular contact with stakeholders within his regions to share updates on new developments and to help centres make the most effective use of the services and opportunities available to them.

Kareem is passionate about building strong, long-term relationships with customers and is committed to providing support that genuinely adds value. He works closely with centres to identify solutions that meet their needs while aligning with their wider strategies and goals.
