Alex is one of our Relationship Managers, and he covers the North West Region. His role is to provide a high level of customer service to our centres and also support their growth and development. Alex focuses on maintaining regular contact with stakeholders in his region to provide updates on our new developments and offer suggestions on how our customers can make the best use of them.

Alex is passionate about creating long-term relationships that benefit and support our customers in the best possible way. He is keen to find solutions that meet the customer’s needs while also aligning with their strategy and goals.

Hello, I’m Cliff, your Relationship Manager at BIIAB. I am passionate about helping learners achieve their full potential and engaging with Training Providers, Employers and FE Colleges to achieve this goal.

My role involves building relationships and providing support, advice, and guidance on our wide range of services, including licensed and vocational qualifications, accredited training programmes (ATP), end-point assessments (EPA), CPC for Transport Managers, and MOT Testing, as well as Membership, Training, and CPD for staff development.
