The BIIAB Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Front of House Reception) has been designed to allow learners to obtain the knowledge to work at an operational level within a Reception environment.
It is also a key component part of the People 1st Intermediate Level Apprenticeship in Hospitality (England) (Pathway 4: Front of House Reception).
